Thank you for shopping at Cufira! Once your order is placed, please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to verify and process it. During this time, we carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 4 to 8 business days after dispatch. Unexpected delays can happen due to customs or carrier issues, but rest assured—we’re monitoring every order and will assist if any issues arise.

We work with a selection of global and regional carriers to deliver your order reliably. Your chosen shipping method and destination help determine the best carrier for your package.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. This lets you follow its journey until it arrives at your door.

Standard shipping is free of charge. Please be advised that customs fees, import taxes, or other government charges may apply depending on your location. These costs are not covered by Cufira and must be paid by the recipient.

We do our best to reach as many locations as possible. However, shipping availability can be limited in remote or restricted zones. If you’re concerned about delivery in your region, please message us directly.

For products restricted by import or transport regulations, we’ll notify you right away and help you adjust or cancel your order as needed.
