Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us at Cufira. If something isn’t quite right, we’re committed to resolving it with clarity and care.
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Custom-made or hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable unless defective.
To initiate a return, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without this number cannot be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing may take up to 10 business days.
Refunds exclude shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. If you receive the wrong or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
